Internet Crime Complaint Center

IC3’s mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding
the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and
easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations.
For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3
provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.

Better Business Bureau

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system in the U.S. extends across the nation; coast-to-coast, and in
Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Since the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system has proven
that the majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation
and consumer education.

I have a few concerns about an individual if you could help me out and point me where I should be reporting this. These people I know are not together, she lives upstairs in their house with the kids and the husband lives downstairs with his boyfriend. He gets a settlement every month as long as he is alive, taxes have already been taken out of it but don’t they still have to claim that as a source of income when she is applying for anything from social services? They are also going through a bankruptcy, and have cars and credit cards in her mom’s name, also they have it down as the husbands address is at his mom’s house and not where he physically lives. On top of that they have 9 dogs in thier house that are not licensed or utd on shots and various other animals too. Please point me in the right direction as to whom I should be contacting, thank you for your time.
