October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month
The National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), is an organization composed of government agencies and private industry sponsors. Together, they've organized events for National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM).
The purpose of the National Cyber Security Awareness Month is to increase the public's awareness of cyber security issues and teach people to avoid these threats on the Internet.
Events include public relations activities, educational programs, events and initiatives throughout October that targets Home Users, Small Businesses, Education audiences (K-12 and higher education), and Child Safety online.
We're going to devote most of October to cyber security threats and measures you can take to protects yourself.
National Cyber Security Awareness Month Topics will inlude:

- Operating System Updates
- Genral Practices
