If an auto dealer fails to comply with the Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights, you may complete and mail a Record of Complaint Form (INV 172A) to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The form is available:

I am trying to report a fraudulent DBA filing and get that person’s real address. No one is interested in helping, especially the Orange County Clerk-Recorder Department where it is registered.

Hi someone is trying to blame me for taking a check that was mailed to him via USPS as part of an inheritance left by his mother after she died. The insurance check was devided by him and other relatives. He is stating that he never received that check and thus cashed bu someone else. I know that he sent someone else to cash that check so he could report it as never recieved so he could then recieve a second one and habe double the money. I’m 72 and embarrassed to say that I was just scammed for the first time. I was scanning websites when a loud alarm and a window popped up from PCFix247, saying to call immediately as my computer had a virus. I believe that the name Microsoft was used. So, I called and got reeled in to charging my c.c. to have my computer ‘fixed’ for a year at very high cost. Only afer, did I research their site to find out all the reported scams. But, I did report them to the FCC and IC3 and told them so in an email. They have been non-stop calling me to address it, but I refuse to answer. It’s now a face-off to see what happens.
There is an online tutoring company which withdrew an agreed amount of money from my visa and promised me a trial period. They said if I don’t like their services, they will refund me before the trial period ends. I called them to end my subscription before the trial period end date but they never refund me and when I logged in my account I found out that they have been deducting from my money. What can I do and how can I report them?
